"I have had the privilege to work with Esther Phillips in a classroom setting for the past five years. Her integrated curriculum and teaching style have blessed my family in many ways. The children have developed a love for learning, and I have developed the confidence to homeschool my children. Esther includes multiple subjects woven together, which enables the children to make connections to the material on their own. Numerous resources and support are offered, which creates an environment that allows parents to be assured they are giving their children the highest quality education. Esther Phillips, Integrated Homeschool Program Coordinator
Esther Phillips began homeschooling her own children over 25 years ago and quickly became a proponent of Charlotte Mason and Classical education. Though from England, her childhood was spent mainly in Kenya and Hong Kong until her family settled in rural Lincolnshire, UK. Esther's father, himself classically educated and able to read Latin, Greek and Hebrew, inspired in Esther a love of learning and lifelong wonder and discovery. She has spent 15 years setting up, directing, and teaching homeschool co-ops and has served as a consultant to many homeschool families, with a desire to foster in them confidence and joy.
Esther has five children, with one still at home completing their homeschooling journey. She lives in Idaho and enjoys reading (of course) and writing (when she gets a chance).

Highly Recommended Resource:
Any math program can be used with the Integrated Homeschool Program, but Esther highly recommends Professor B because it presents math concepts contextually in order to facilitate understanding and connections rather than formula rote learning. This reduces the need for excessive and overwhelming practice questions, helps children to understand the ‘why’ of numbers, and reduces the possibility of a child developing math phobia.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15% DISCOUNT for families taking the Integrated Curriculum when purchasing any Professor B Math product. After registering for the Integrated Curriculum, contact Andrea Wallace (andreawallace@clrconline.com) for your discount code.

Supplementary Materials:
Other required books and materials for grammar, literature, writing, etc. will be provided by Esther, as well as recommendations for a wide variety of supplementary materials and resources--many of which can be found at your local library.
The supplemental book list is available from Esther by request.
