Study Skills Summer Boot Camp

This week-long scholarly boot camp is designed for students of all levels. We will cover both valuable executive functioning skills (working memory, cognitive flexibility, and self-mastery) as well as basic academic tips and techniques to help you manage your courses. The goal is to discover and exercise logical, practical, and immediately useful study skills.

Over the course of the week, you will: discover how to leverage your personal learning preferences; learn to read smarter, not longer; learn strategies to keep  from getting lost under piles of notes, assignments, tests, and quizzes; master the skills to become critical thinkers; and learn communication strategies to keep from falling behind.

Two sessions of this course will be offered–one in June, and one in July. For more information contact Anne McCauley —
