Summer FUN with Functions!

his is an exploratory hands-on course. Students will explore the basic properties of linear, quadratic, and polynomial functions through a series of hands-on activities. If there is time we will touch on rational functions too.

Theory will be kept to a minimal, while guided discovery will be the focus. Students will discover the basic facts about these functions through a series of carefully designed activities.

The course is intended for students who finished Algebra I and want to take this course before they take Algebra II, or for students who took Algebra II or Precalculus and want to review some of the basic concepts.

Materials will be provided by the Instructor.
