The Short Story

Short stories are a wonderful way to meet new authors and dig deeper into familiar ones! Join us to read and discuss a variety of short stories by authors including J.R.R. Tolkien, Flannery O'Connor, Flaubert, and Isaak Dinesen.

This course is available for 1/2 semester of high school credit. Students taking the class for credit will receive additional instruction and be required to do extra homework assignments. Their grade for the class will also be based on two tests or papers.
